green tara chanting after 108, it move towards the altar. Hands moving in circular movement towards all buddha like cleansing. Thereafter one hand on green tara, the other hand on the tangka(5 buddha ) follow by long wang, leng yan zhou, jin jia yi fu fa (like communicating with each other and green tara as centre )

today chanting was weird, aft finish chanting 108, it still carry on……..

initial the chanting was loud, firm, clear and slow, next sad feeling come. my chanting become very sad and tear started to drop, then back to normal chanting, after that chanting become faster, light, happy and head and shoulder started to move as i chant. (2-3 mins interval for each changes)

27 dec – first trial, not difficult. sweat a lot , very tired

tiger roar and scream seems like releasing some negative energy.

deer keep shaking my backside, can feel the tailbone

bird flying high and peaceful

monkey & bear not much feel

28 Dec – tiger came, mild roar when clawing, bird, deer..

difficult to differentiate money and bear.

tink bear also roar a bit while stretching

29 Dec/30 Dec - skip.. body aching

31 dec – tink completed 2 sets, the time frame is getting shorter and smoother.

but some action really funny doesn’t seem like the animals

Last Friday 27 Nov, hubby Dom said he wanted to buy hp. In the past i will planned everything for him, i will made sure we get the best bargain. i will do a lot of homework by comparing different hp model and the price. Then ask he to choose btw the phones i have selected. But tis time round, i ask him to select the phone himself. On friday at M1 shop he show me the phone he interested in, i commended “not nice” and ask him see again while i que for the number. After reviewing, he come to me asking which model to take. the E series or N series. I told him the N series is better and is more value for money even the promoter also said so. But i told him, u r the one using the phone not me, if u ask me i prefer N , u decide for yrself. I told him, i will not do research for u anymore not becos i am angry. Cos in the past i tot whatever i do is for yr own good but i realise i am wrong. Wat i choose for u might not be wat u want. Only u yrself noe wat is suitable for u. There is no best bargain or value for money anymore. I wont be so silly to get upset or feel unappreciate anymore. I will not judge the HP by comparing the price, $100 is no longer $100 when compare to $1.

Last sunday, 22 Nov before we went for our class, Dom brought me to a shop tat sell tibetian stuff. Tat was this little girl there running around in the shop. She is the boss daughter, her curly hair make me cant take my eyes off her. I went towards her asking her name, her mum reply toma something..Then i remember Rinpoche calling me toma when we visited him for the event. The boss told me toma in Tibet means goddess, in tibet normally children name will start off with toma something…..

While Dom was looking at his stuffs, i was sitting at one corner looking the girl running around, this thought jus came into my mind. other ppl children is also children. Why do we need to differentiate between other children with our own children. Does it mean tat other ppl children is not children only our own children is children. Why do i need to have my own children since i already have so many children to love. No regard who the child is, who is their parent, where they are……..they are my children. In the car, my tears started to drop when i related tis to Dom. Don noe why jus keeping crying, even when blogging now….. Hahahahhaa

TAO XING

Being to realise tao xing and intelligent is two different thing. U can be very good at dharma knowledge or even good at telling ppl historical stories abt buddhism.

But tao xing is soooooooo special and unique tat not all can get or received…. the more u desired the more u will not receive. Tao Xing is something very mystical….it will come very naturally. It comes from our daily life, no matter where u r, if only our heart can be peaceful/quiet ……. even when sitting in a rough environment.

But to receive tao xing is also a torture…the more u understand, the more sad u will be. Cos u are able to see ppl making mistake repeatedly…taking the path u have been through…. U will feel helpless cos u pity them and some how or rather unble to help/advise them. Or even when u do so, they will take it tat u r singing song……….lalalalala… Wat can u do???? NOTHING……. ONLY WAITING FOR THEM TO WAKE UP……….haizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Waiting for them to wake up is a torture, u must really b patient, preverance enough to wait…….. JUs to wait for them to wake up………. sad sad sad……………..SO WHEN ???????????

SOOOOOOOOOO UNFAIR……………ANYWAY THERE IS NO FAIRNESSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Does this consider a lesson for us learn?????

I am also learning but this path is not easy. Not the path to pure land but the path to be a better person……..

jing zuo

So long never blog……..

Have been doing jing zuo for the past few days but not diligent enough. The jing zuo only last for 15 to 20 mins feel zzzzzzzzzzzzz don really feel much.

Yesterday manage to complete 45 mins, before start whole body oready feel warm. After a while the head moves slowly from left to right, up and down stretching my neck and throat. My lip started to feel numb(ants bitting),slowly open my mouth wide and big. follow by lower jaws exercise(up, down,left , right),Tink the mouth exercise last for 10 to 15 mins. While doing the mouth exercise, can feel crown chakra. Body moves slowly from left to right.

A lot of us always ask: How to accumulate merit? Which charity org to donate money can accumulate more merit? Last week event at fo guan shan’s(佛光山) toilet, there is this memo paste at the toilet door. It states bu lang fei zi, shi yi zhong fu bao（不浪费纸，是一种福报）

I begin realise that to accumulate merit is very easy and vice versa…..is not that i don know is never tot of it before. we don have to use donation or do charity work to accumulate merit. By not wasting food, not wasting toilet paper, by greeting/smiling at ppl every am, when we wake up, tell ourself to be grateful that we are shi zi jian quan（四肢健全）. We can talk, walk,tink,see, smell like a norm, to treasure what we have, be gratitude, love the environment and not take for granted at our daily life.

I know shifu had been repeatedly saying the above but knowing and understanding is different. Merits can be accumulate through daily life. Even the smallest thing that we do with good intention is accumulating merits. Yuppie ……..

静坐 8-10-09

Yesterday 静坐 was fantastic……..Can feel a troop of ants moving slowly from my “long wei gu” upwards direction to my back, shoulder, follow by neck then head. After a while the energy spread to both my arms till it covers my finger.Haven finish….. shifu came in……………..do visualise of red ball…………….haizzzzzzzz…………..

Initially when i start “jing zuo “,my head will feel heavy, heart pump very fast and breathless.Thinking tat is my own problem, cos got low blood count mah. After reading ah wer blog, clarify with her on the breathless and heart throbbing feeling during “jing zuo” .Assure myself tat i am NORMAL… haaaa….. tat’s why i am yr frenz, Wer !!!!!

Thank you, all bro and sis for the healing section yesterday. Specially thanks to Carlos shi xiong, cos can feel white light when he “jia ci” me on my head and hand feel numb. Heard Carlos shi xiong taking to my “ka ling”, drawing amulet on my forehead, body and leg. (xin ku ni le)

During the healing,keep repeating:

GET OUT OF MY BODY

I DON WANT TO BE TORTURE BY U ANYMORE, ITS ENOUGH!!!!!

I WANT TO GET WELL!!! I WANT TO GET WELL!!!!

The feeling is so strong that i almost shouted out.

After the healing, i ask carlos shi xiong wat he say to my “ka ling”, Very happy and satisfy with the ans.
